No. She was born in 1867 in Warsaw in the Kingdom of Poland which was part of the Russian Empire. She studied and worked in Poland before moving to Paris in 1891 to study and settled there in 1894, marrying Pierre Curie the following year.

She contnued to work in Paris until her death in 1934. She was therefore Polish by birth and French by marriage. Since 'Victorian' is a period of British history spanning the reign of Queen Victoria, it is a label which should not be applied to Marie Curie, nor to any other non-British person.
