A lot of people and Tupac himself believe that P-Diddy was involved in the November 1994 shooting because he knew about it and didn't tell Tupac even though they were supposed to be friends. But there weren't any suspicions about him having anything to do with the fatal September shooting in '96.

This is unknown who killed Biggie and Tupac..both look like gang violence..but who made more money when both of those men where gone? P Diddy was worth millions more when Biggie and Tupac died.. their arguments and violence west side vs. east side were just for publicity not ment for people to die but once it started they took it to far...Did the crips kill them ,the bloods or was it Sean John aka "P Diddy" but more chance of P Diddy killin 'em.

I seriously doubt it was Sean "P diddy" Combs who set it up or whatnot, particularly in the case of his longtime friend biggie. Certainly it was over money but also possibly to try to put an end to the "gangster rap" era that had swept the mainstream in favor of sort of a softer kind of musical scene which indeed was going "to far". It also could have been a gang or someone that one of them may have disrespected. It's to hard to say which gang or which kind of organization was responsible but I seriously doubt it was P Diddy that set anything up for just financial gains as he was already extremely rich and again was very close with biggie.
