Yes. Capulet remarks on it. "I have seen the day when I have worn a visor and could tell a whispering tale in a fair lady's ear." In Shakespeare's day, it was quite inoffensive to wear a mask, and did not indicate that you were up to no good, as people would assume nowadays.
"House" here must mean "family"; Romeo's family is the Montagues and Juliet's the Capulets.
At the Capulets' house
Tybalt has vowed revenge upon Romeo and has sent a challenge to Romeo's father's house.
they would wear fancy clothes with tights and they would have masks over their faces....
Romeo and his fellow gate-crashers are wearing masks which makes them hard to identify. This is ok, as it was common for people to come to parties in disguise like this. Capulet remembers doing it when he was younger. However, Capulet is in an expansive mood, and even after he knows that Romeo, a Montague, has crashed the party, he does not object to him staying and having a good time like the other guests. Of course, Mercutio had an invitation, so he didn't have to fake his way in.
Romeo and Juliet opens with the 'Chorus' telling about Verona and the feud between the Capulets and Montagues. Then, two servants of each house begin to argue and eventually pull their swords. :)

In or near the Capulets' house. Other places in which more than one scene is set include the marketplace and Friar Lawrence's cell.
i do not see the point of wearing sunglasses inside, but it may if your house doesnt have a lot of light. Maribeth wore sunglasses even inside; her eyes were highly sensitive to light.
Romeo is lovesick for Rosaline, who has vowed to remain chaste. Romeo's cousin Benvolio suggests that they sneak into the Capulet's feast so that Romeo can get his mind off of Rosaline. When Romeo and Benvolio crashed the party Romeo met Juliet and they fell madly in love with each other. The place they meet is at a feast in Capulet's house.

It was never stated, though he's a kinsman to Prince Escalus. Neither was Paris's last name, for the record. Benvolio's last name was never specified, though he was from the house of Montagues. He's a cousin of Romeo's, so it's possible they had different last names.
