He would of been there however he was very sick and at risk of death because during filming of Jackass: number 2, when Bam and Ryan were pulled by the horse, Ryan landed wrongly on his arm and it caused a blood clot that could of killed him. This is also the reason he wasnt in jackass 2.5.
