No. More movies are going to be made
Return of the Jedi is considered to be the last movie of the saga.
In Production order: The Empire Strikes Back In Chronological order: Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
The last movie that was released in theaters was "Star Wars: The Clone Wars," which is the pilot for the TV show with the same name, and that was in 2008. The last live-shot movie that was released in theaters was "Episode 3: Revenge of the "Sith and that was in 2005.
Star Wars | The Last Jedi opened December 15th 2017.
No Disney announced they were planning yet another trilogy [Episodes 10, 11 & 12] most likely to debut starting in 2021. As long as they continue to have interesting stories to tell & the films continue to make vasts amounts of cash of course, Disney will probably make Star Wars movies well into the future.
Last time I checked it wasn't the worst movie in the world. I believe that "award" goes to the movie Zoom or possibly BRATZ.
Episode VIII: The Last Jedi released in December 2017 however it is not THE last Star Wars film. There will be an Episode IX to complete this third trilogy in 2019 w/ Soloreleased before that in May 2018.In November 2017, Disney announced there would be fourth trilogy so there are no plans for a literal 'last' Star Wars movie anytime soon.

Theoritically, there are episodes 7,8,9. However, George Lucas doesn't want to turn these into movies.
No, George Lucas has said he won't. Anyway,it has been a long time since the last movie so... probably not.
