No. Susan B. Anthony was not a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church). As Mormon women in Utah already had the right to vote, among other women's rights, at the time there was no need for them to be suffragists.

Susan B. Anthony was raised in a strict Quaker household and attended a Ladies Quaker Seminary. In her late 20's and early 30's, she began attending a Unitarian Church. She began moving away from organized religion because she found most of the preachers to be hypocritical, but retained the majority of her conservative religious values throughout her life.
