I would think that the slant is about 5m taller, although some pyramids have a different slant, so it depends.

Not at all; pyramids could be either squashed down to a flattened version, or elongated to a taller version, and still be symmetrical.

No the tallest is the Great Pyramid of Khufu at 146m. Khafre's pyramid is shorter at 133m. It looks taller because it was built on an outcrop of rock.
