Three movies have been based on this book. One in 1915, one in 1967 (the most well known), and another in 1998. All of the movies have the same title as the book.
Fiction... think false. It's fun, not true. Non-fiction is the opposite. Like a non-fiction book or movie would be something that actually happened, is true fact. Autobiographies and biographies would be non-fiction.
no
Strictly speaking, a non-fiction movie would have to be cinema-verite ( cinema of truth, in French) such as the nature documentaries of Wild Kingdom or Jacques Cousteau. Beware! Cousteau was not above trick photography.
The movie The Blind Side is not historical fiction. It is a nonfiction story based on NFL football player Michael Oher.
Non-fiction is a story that is real, not made up.
