The ride is called "Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage", based on the 2003 film and its sequels. The feature in Tomorrowland is based on the original 1959 Submarine Voyage ride that closed in 1998.It is a submarine ride underwater. Visitors get to sit in a small, dark submarine and travel through a shallow pond. Underwater, the riders will get to meet Nemo, Dory, Bruce, and all the little fish characters from Disney's "Finding Nemo" movie.
you command a submarine
President Dwight D. Eisenhower was the first sitting President to dive on board a nuclear submarine. On September 26, 1957, he took a 15 minute dive aboard USS Seawolf (SSN-575). Jimmy Carter was a submarine officer, before he was president and saw active duty on them from 1948 to 1952 including service on one of the first nuclear subs. The first president reported to travel in a submarine was Teddy Roosevelt, but I do know if he was president then or if the submarine submerged with him on board.
Ride Across the River was created in 1985.

Go back to the pub and verse another player at darts.
You get the submarine ticket from the other two players in the pub, by winning at darts. Take the picture from the submarine back to the pub, where you find it is part of a movie prop. But the first dart player angrily returns and wants a rematch. Beat him to get the pennywhistle (from the bartender, not the sore loser).
The pipe is a "pennywhistle." You get it when you beat the first darts player the second time, after you have taken the submarine ride and brought your photo back to the pub.
