Fliteking was a trade name for Hi Standard manufactured shotguns that were sold under the Hi Standard name. Sears contracted with Hi Standard to manufacture shotguns under the Sears name.
A side note: By the time that Sears decided to stop selling guns in the 1960's, they had become Hi Standard's largest customer, purchasing over half of Hi Standard's output. When Sears stopped buying their guns, Hi Standard couldn't handle the transition and the company folded.
