Yes, in the third book, The Titan's Curse, Thalia and Percy were on a train talking about why Thalia had a grudge against the Hunters. Thalia said she would have joined, but the Hunters were all single, and she couldn't give up Luke. She also said that Artemis had told her that Luke would betray her someday. In various other installments in the series, too, hints are dropped about Luke and Thalia as a couple, which is kind of tough for Annabeth because it's no secret that she likes Luke, too.
