Assuming that you are referring to when Jesus' side was pierced while He was on the cross, that was done by a Roman soldier. Nowhere in history has anyone found the name of the soldier, and I doubt that anyone cared enough at that moment to write it down, and that the soldier was too scared to come forward for fear of death or imprisonment.
