Yes. The state parks/Catholic church are constantly working on the missions. They are still in use as churches as well as historical sites and take a great deal of work to keep them in repair. Most are built with adobe brick which after a 100 or so years has a tendency to crumble.

The church was completed in 1820 with one tower and a second tower was added in 1831. The second one collapsed within 2 years and rebuilt in 1833. It is a beautiful church and today is part of the California historical property 21 mission system. Services are still held there and people can visit or take tours.
