No. There won't be a sequel to Rise of the Guardians. R.o.t.G. was a financial disaster for Dreamworks. It was reported the studio had to take a 50 million dollar loss on the movie alone & and overall loss of an 83 to 87 million for the studio in the 4th quarter. Also, thanks to the horrible performance of RotG, it was reported the studio had to cancel the film "Me & My Shadow" resulting in the layoffs of around 350 employees. With losses that large, it makes absolutely no financial sense that Dreamworks would consider making a sequel to Rise of the Guardians. Not to mention, there is no sequel listed in the confirmed movies Dreamworks is either developing or have confirmed release dates for.
