she fought in slavery and told people that not only men have musceles because she did
Walter Wigfall fought for the north in the civil war. He was a private and had to fake is way into the war because he was only 17. He lived with his widowed and and his brother.
He wrote the Emancipation Proclamation, which ended all slavery. The Emancipation Proclamation only ended slavery in the states that were part of the Confederacy, not in the border states that fought with the northern states in the civil war.
If you attended "school" in the last 30 years or so you would be taught that it was only fought to preserve the Union. Lincoln said as much, and many take him at his word. But that simple answer is only provided by those who want to appear "politically correct". The better question is: would the civil war have been fought if slavery did not exist? The answer to that question is no. Slavery caused the Missouri Compromise, The Kansas Nebraska Act which led to Bloody Kansas and the john Brown Rebellion, all of which set the stage for, and defined the cause of, that great war.
I only know that it helped the slavery. The Civil War was caused because of the slavery. The union wanted to end it. So, they began the Civil War that lasted for a little over four years. Hope I helped :)
The Civil War, depsite what most people believe, was not started over slavery. It was actually started over the election of the the 16th president of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. Slavery only played a part of the role in the Civil War. Slavery affected the Civil War because many slaves came in to help the North win the Battle, which did not help. In the end the Civil War basically ended slavery, or abolished it.
The US Civil War was a battle of slavery and other things like for example state rights. The main cause though was slavery and that was the only way how to settle it, by force.
The abolitionist did not help the war start, actually, the Civil War started because of States' Rights, Slavery, and Sectionalism/seccession. They could fall under the category of slavery but they were only a mild influence.
The Civil War started because the North wanted to abolish (Destroy) slavery, but the South did not. This was not the only problem the Civil War started. The Civil War started because: A) North wanted Tarrifs, South did not. B) Wanted to get rid of slavery, South didn't C) Decision on whether a new territory would become a Slave or Free state

The question as asked appears nonsensical. The Civil War was fought to save the Union. The South seceded over states rights and property, which was a euphemism for Slavery. Women's rights played no part in the Civil War. Women's Rights came into play only after the Civil War ended.
Slavery was ended in the Civil War, Sharecropping became popular after slavery was ended. Naval warfare was improved because of the Civil War and Medicine was improved. Battle Surgery was improved during the Civil War. Repeating rifles were invented which was an improvement over the guns that only shot once.
