No. Nor would we expect it to be, since Jesus of Nazareth was not significant to the Romans. Jesus' followers the Christians, caused a later historian, Tacitus (c. AD 55-120) to write about Jesus. The Romans crucified literally thousands of people. There was to them no particular importance about this one. Pilate himself, since it was really contrary to Roman justice, probably would have also rather it remained unreported.

Of course there was. As well as the Gospel accounts of Jesus in the Bible, and the letters of Paul also in the Bible that refer to jesus, there are many contemporary historical accounts of his life. As examples the Jewish/Roman historian Josephus mentions him as 'a doer of wondrous acts', and the contemporary Roman historian Tacitus, Pliny the Younger and many others record the fact that Jesus of Nazareth existed.
