It is rumored that there was a death of either a munchkin who did not get into the movie, or another actor who did not get the part the had hoped for. After watching a close up I always thought it was someone hanging and swinging back and forth. After a closer look on my 2007 edition DVD I saw a bird moving its wing. Of course, this could have been added into the restored version to hide this. I'm not sure what I believe, I will attach two videos. Decide for yourself.
