Atomic bombs have only been used twice as weapons, against Hiroshima and Nagasaki. After that, there have been hundreds of atomic bombs exploded for the purpose of testing, and there are thousands of bombs that are stockpiled by the military forces of several different countries, but so far, no attacks.

∙ 7y agoNo, there was no third bomb dropped on Japan. After the two bombs dropped, there was no need for a third, as Japan surrendered totality.
