No.
There's been some post war commemorative medals sold since, look for the 50th anniversary commemorative medal. But no specific operation/campaign medal was issued to combatants
Operation Market Garden
The German counter attack came as a great shock. Although the panzer thrusts were of limited strategic value in the long term their penetration of the Allied line was devastating for a time. However ultimately the Germans made no gains whatsoever. I cannot think the Allies were intending to do anything other than wait for the arrival of spring, because Market-Garden (Arnhem) had been a failure & Patton was stalled. General McCauliffes' reply of 'Nuts' has much to commend it. In conclusion it was a surprise, but it really made no difference to the course of the war.

America landing in Europe on D Day and Russia taking the offensive to the Germans. The Battle of the Bulge was Hitlers last desperate act to get America out of Germany. Hitlers main plan was to cut through American lines all the way up to Holland. Basically the whole war led up to the Battle of the Bulge, Germany desperately wanted to win the war so they planned the Battle of the Bulge (the Ardennes Counter Offensive)

The plans for the attack fell into enemy hands so the German's knew were the next landing location was. Many Allied troops were killed even before making it to the ground. But maybe more important than that was that the 1st British Airborne were not able to keep Arnhem bridge before reinforcements arrived and so the bridge, Arnhem its self and everything else feel back into German hands. The 1st British Airborne Division evacuated the Arnhem Area
"A Bridge Too Far", the airborne attack on the city and bridge at Arnhem. It was a misguided attack, one that Supreme Commander Eisenhower gave into British Field Marshall Montgomery's grandiose plan. It was the last airborne assault in WWII. "Operation Market Garden" was the formal name of the military operation. It was a joint British and American airborne and ground forces assault on Arnhem and all of the bridges all along a single road the British lines to Arnhem. The word 'Market' referred to the airborne part of the operation. This included the United States' 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions and the British 6th Airborne Division. The word 'Garden' referred to the ground forces, which was the British XXX Corps. "A Bridge Too Far" is the name of the book about the assault by Cornelius Ryan and of the movie.
