You did not specify where the said phantom should have been.
The word 'phantom' is usually used when describing something unreal, yet realistic. A phantom pain for example, a person suffers from pain on his fingers, eventhough the hand has been amputated. This is very real pain, as the pain synapses still flow towards the hand, eventhough it is not there anymore.
But I think you might be referring to a ghost. Usually any ghost or phantom phenomena can be explained by scientific means to be something else than a genuine thing. So I would be leaning towards a 'no'.
Phantom fetal movement is perceived movement when there is no fetus in utero, or if the fetus has not actually moved.

A phantom is a spirit or ghost. A phantom could also refer to a person who is as hard to find as a ghost. There is a cartoon character called The Phantom who is a crime fighter with a secret identity. There is no scientific proof that actual phantoms exist, but many people believe in them.
Obviously. Why have a sparkly Gary-STu, when you can actually have a deep, layered character?
It is on at 6:00 every morning
I actually thought Phantom hourglass was one of the better Zeldas lately. I'd say it was better than spirit tracks, but spirit tracks isn't bad either
It is true. On page 167, Erik and Christine are face to face, and Christine states, "In five years I will tell him the truth. That you are his real father. And he will choose. If he can accept this, that Raoul has been everything for him that a father can be, and done everhthing for him that a father can do, and yet is not his real parent - then he will come to you with my blessing."
It's actually based in France and written by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who is American.
