More objects, but none designated as a planet. With improvements in Earth-based telescopes, and the launch of the Hubble Telescope, scientists are discovering more objects past the orbit of Neptune. These include other dwarf planets, and in fact they contributed directly to Pluto's reclassification as a dwarf. (see link to dwarf planets answer)
There are billions of galaxies out there in the universe. Possibly even trillions. However, do not mistake Pluto for being the end of our galaxy. Pluto has been classified as a dwarf planet and is still often times seen as the farthest extent of our solar system.
The difference between a solar system and a galaxy is simple.
I want you to think of all our planets and our sun. Have you got them? The planets revolving, or circling around, our sun make up it's system. And the sun is actually a star.
Now, I want you to think of ALL of the stars you see at night. Many of the stars you see belong to a giant system that contains billions of stars, called a galaxy. Our galaxy is called the Milky Way (same as the candy bar) and our solar system is just one star out of those billions. Pretty cool, huh?
Did you know that there are different types of galaxies?
Pluto technically is a dwarf planet, but a planet nonetheless. Yes, there are other objects beyond pluto. the largest of which is Eris, with it's moon Dysnomia, and a few others. Pluto is second largest, with it's three moons, charon, nix and hydra, and MakeMake and Haumea, whose moons are Hi-iaka, and Namaka. these are the four largest dwarf-planets, and they orbit at 68.0, 39.4, 45.3, and 43.3 respectively for Eris, Pluto, MakeMake and Haumea. also a dwarf planet is Ceres, orbiting in the asteroid belt. also, all these dwarf planets are usually refered to as TNO(trans-neptunian objects) or KBO(Kuiper Belt Objects) due to their orbits outside neptune and inside the kuiper belt, a second 'asteroid belt' on the outer edge of our system.
There are many planets outside of our Solar System - 400+
Within our Solar System, none are expected.
There is "talk" of a planet X - Nibiru, but there is no scientific nor visual reason why this "hypothetical" planet actually exists.
There may be! However only dwarf planets such as Eris.
Pluto is not a planet and there are no planets behind it. Just many icy bodies in the Kuiper belt, like Eris and Charon.
Yes there is another planet like Earth with another star that acts as the Sun for us. Nobody knows the name.
pluto
NOPE!
Pluto
None. Clyde Tombaugh discovered the body we know as Pluto. This was originally described as a planet but internationally it is now recognized that Pluto is not a planet but a dwarf planet. Therefore Clyde Tombaugh did not actually discover a planet!
Pluto is no longer classified as a planet due to objects larger then pluto being discovered in the Kuiper Belt.

The dwarf planet Pluto was discovered in the year 1930. It was discovered by Clyde Tombaugh and is the largest object found in the Kuiper belt.
