If you mean camouflage for humans, I am not aware of any examples of its use during the medieval period.

It was not a feature of warfare and hunting was entirely the preserve of wealthy aristocrats who generally hunted on horseback at a fast pace - camouflage only works if you are keeping very still in a "hide" or concealed position.

Fighting was done by two armies facing each other; concealment was occasionally used where part of an army would hide itself in woods or behind a hill - but this is not the same thing as camouflage.
