No. Although the USSR had two or three high-profile female cosmonauts, the US did not enroll women as astronauts until 1969, and none flew into space until the Space Shuttle program. The first American woman in space was Sally Ride in 1983, some 11 years after the final Apollo mission in 1972.
Astronaut Ted Freeman died in an aircraft accident during training for the Apollo program, but no Apollo mission ever sank. The Apollo program saw successful manned missions to the Moon between 1969 and 1972.
No astronaut has ever eaten turkey on the moon. The first humans to walk on the moon were part of NASA's Apollo missions, and their food consisted of specially designed freeze-dried meals.
There were a total of 17 Apollo missions. Of these, 6 missions landed astronauts on the Moon between 1969 and 1972. The remaining missions were either test flights or space missions that did not involve lunar landings.
As far as was ever known to the public, all of the people who ever stepped onto the moon were astronaut members of NASA's Apollo program, and all of them were Americans. No Russian ever set foot on the moon. Yet.
The Saturn V used in the Apollo missions.
None have ever been outside low earth orbit. The moon is too far
No female astronaut has ever been to the moon. There have been only 12 Astronauts who have landed on the moon. All of them were men.
None and never. 12 men have walked on the moon and all those men were males.

Saturn V rockets, the most powerful engines ever built, lifted all of the Apollo missions from Earth's surface into orbit.
Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the first and second persons to ever walk on the surface of the moon. See the related link for more information.
No space shuttle has ever reached the moon. The 5 manned missions to land on the moon were the Apollo missions 11 though 17, with the exception of Apollo 13, which was unable to land due to a malfunction.
