Prior to the series debut, TLC made 5 specials about the family entitled 14 Children and Pregnant Again, Raising 16 Children, 16 Children and Moving In, On the Road with 16 Children, and Duggars' Big Family Album (which was filmed when the Duggar's had 17 kids). There has never been a series or a special regarding the Duggars when they only had 15 kids.
