There is no way to completely avoid being attacked on Travian that does not include deleting or being banned.
However there are tactics that can diminish your chances of being attacked. If the aggressor is raiding you. Then you will want to upgrade and increase the number of your crannies. The use of traps if you are a Gaul will also discourage the aggressor.
One way that does prove a hassle but is still viable is to offer a payment plan.
