Pray by yourself. Worshiping God physically alone could mean praying by yourself. If you are around other people and want to worship, pray in your head. God will listen to your prayers inside or out.
Muhammad(pbbuh) preached about worshiping ONE god, not worshiping jesus(pbuh) but worshiping the ONE god who created jesus(pbuh)!

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) forbids worshiping Idols and/or worshiping partners to Allah (God in English). He called for worshiping Allah (God) with no partner, no son, no father, no companion, no associate, and no equivalence.
Saints are never worshiped. Worship is reserved for God alone. Saints are venerated or honored. Saints have been honored since the earliest days of the Church.
Buddhists are not supposed to worship Buddha. HE is their teacher and guide.

All the religions in our world are based on worshiping a person or a statue (and sometimes something besides God) except Islam which is worshiping God (Allah) alone. Before Islam , Arabs were worshiping statues made of dates. They were hungry in the middle of the desert ,and instead of eating the dates they worshiped them thinking they will make them better people in the eyes of their God. Islam came to teach people to worship a glorious God ,but there is no need to worship any golden statue or any person besides him. It's just between you and Allah directly.
Egypt is a "type" of the "world" to Christians in the Bible. The Hebrews were slaves to the Eqyptians. The Hebrews were God's people. The world is a type of ways that other cultures were living and ways they were worshiping false gods.
