First,you need about 100-200 ultra balls
then when you have about 0-5 left use a timer ball and it will NOT fail so it is basicly a master ball it gets better when u have more battle turns so chuck most of ur ultra balls and then use a timer ball and You have a Master timer ball!

you could just press A, B, and Select at the same time while it's in the pokeball and it increases the catch rate to 85% (that's a lot easier, isn't it?)
