We can't get WCCO Station when the digital switch happen we do have a converter box and have scan it several times but have lost Channel 4 and 2 what happen?

Stations 4 and 2 probably have a weak signal in your area. Weak digital signals will not come in at all, unlike analog signals that come in fuzzy. A stronger or better placed antenna might pick up the stations with weaker signals.
