We cannot see the wind because air is homogenous and transparent. Wind does not reflect or block the light arriving at the eyes of a human being. We can only feel the presence of wind by the movement of thins around us like the trees, clouds and our bodily hairs.
when we see a tree is swaying
By their effects. You know that wind exists because it makes the trees wave, even though you cannot see the wind.
Moving air or wind is difficult to see. The motion of atoms can not bee seen with the unaided eye. One can not see the motion of tectonic plates. In these examples, the phenomena are not visible but one can measure them.
Wind.
you cannot see the wind. just what it pucks up an the damage it does.
This is comparable to the wind, in that you can't see it, but you know it is there. You can conclude that there is something, for example, by watching trees or other things moving in the wind. In the case of a black hole, the effects of its gravity can be seen quite clearly.
If something is in the wind, you can't see or sense it yet, but you know it's there, like you know the wind is there even though it's invisible.
A way you'll know is the bangs will get louder the storm will have a strong wind and you won't see any cars driving around!
You can feel wind. You know it is there even if you can't see it. You might also look out the window and observe if any leaves on nearby trees are moving. It is likely that you can hear the wind if it is very strong, so use these senses.
air
Wind direction can be used to predict where storms and weather will head and how long until it will get there.
Heat is the jumping around of molecules in matter. If the molecules are close enough together, like in a beef steak, you can measure their heat. In space, including in the solar wind, the molecules are not close enough together to measure their heat. If you could follow one at thousands of miles per hour with a high power electron microscope, you might be able to see one jumping around. But you cannot, so we cannot tell if the solar wind even HAS heat.
