Ocean pattern
That's what management keeps saying, so the answer is yes
northwest they are moving
partly oceanic (largest part) partly continental
Depends on where you moving it from in Mexico and where are moving it to in the United States.
They use satellites to gather many different types of data relating to weather systems. This can tell them which direction storms are moving - so they can warn people to be prepared, or how big a hurricane is becoming..
I have heard to Mexico, but not China
Hurricane Sandy was created in the Caribbean, like many hurricanes, and then was carried northward by prevailing winds. Weather systems are embedded in larger air masses, and all the air in the world is moving in some way or another. Hurricane Sandy was then pushed westward into the U.S. east coast by a high pressure system to northeast.
changing weather
The heat and solar energy from the Sun keep evaporating water from oceans and lakes and the air in the atmosphere moving (primarily due to convection), which creates changes in weather. The "Coriolis" effect causes large weather systems to rotate. The turbulence creates different pressure zones and fronts.
Jet Stream
Cold weather. If a front was moving off the Pacific at the same time, you would see snow.
That depends on weather it is moving or not.
