It does that to everybody but if it stays on the screen for longer then 10 minutes i would try deleting the whole program and re installing it. That is what I did and in the end it worked but now every time i go onto it it says 'please wait while i check yur u.b.' does anyone know how to stop this? thank you and i hope your question is answered
