If you mean online, it's a technical glitch. I think the webkinz world people have fixed it by now. If you mean offline, the whiskers are drooping because they are wet.

YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR WEBKINZ PET DISAPPEAR unless you have an old webkinz account. And even then it is just a glitch and done by an action that is impossible to have unless you have a really old account. Likely, you will not be able to do it at this time.

No - if you want to get in contact with Ganz and complain about a glitch go to the home page of webkinz, click on customer service, at the bottom of the page is a comments and suggestions box, click on that, then click on the box that says 'our question does not appear above', and then fill in all the information and Ganz will receive your e-mail and usually they e-mail back!

Please be more specific. Maybe you are not tending your crops, so they are dying. You need to be more specific about the issue. I assume, however, that it is a glitch.
