"Bring back on board" typically means to reintegrate or rehire someone who was previously part of a team, project, or organization but had temporarily left or been removed. It implies welcoming the individual back into their previous role or position.
yes it can because if someone cooked a meal and it was disgusting you would say it was lovely as to not hurt her feelings it would have been wrong to tell a lie but right not to hurt someone's feelings!
vSide had a funding problem but it has been fixed and is back up and running!
One of my favorite Yankee candle scents is Fireside. They retired the scent for a time and now it is back. It has been back for a year and is a very welcoming warm scent without the "sweetness" of perhaps a vanilla scent.

There has been a terrible accident someone has fallen and broken their back. The instructions are written on the back of the box.
You don't take someone back or go out with them because you feel sorry for them. Besides if they just split up from someone despite if you had been together in the past you may just be rebound and get used in the end.
Sorry, but that is not possible. If it were, I would already have been back there to change some things.

Could've been GEN MacArthur with his WWII win win attitude. And it could've been Pres Truman replying back with his, "...this is the wrong war, with the wrong people, at the wrong time..." and Mac was relieved of command (fired in civilian terms).
