This is why I hate Disney's Hercules. The character Megara was a brutal amalgamation of two legitimate and completely separate mythological characters- the princess Megara, Heracles' second wife, and Megaera, the Fury (along with Tisiphone and Alecto). There is no record of either being Hades' lover- only two women, neither mortal, are mentioned in that capacity. Minthe was his lover before he abducted Persephone; either Persephone or Demeter destroyed her for her arrogant boasting. Leuce was the other- she was a nymph of Cocytus- and she was turned into a white poplar after she died.
*EDIT* After saving the question, I realized that it was under the Movie category, not the mythology one. However, I stand by what I said above. The shorter, nicer answer is, no.
The consort of Hades was Persephone.
Yes, they threw down the Titans with their other siblings. Persephone, a daughter of Zeus, became the wife of Hades with the blessing of Zeus. Heracles, a son of Zeus, was aided by Hades.
No.
