Yes, it was. In an interview she stated it was a vitage pair which was too tight for her, so they sewed her in them.. She made sure not to drink liquids or eat during that part of the filming because costume seamstresses had to remove the stitches to get her out.

Yes, the sharkskin pants that she wore really were from the 50's and the zipper was broken so they sewed her in to them. She jokes that she didn't drink much water on those days as it was difficult to get in and out of them for the restroom.
