There are at least 2 known errors:
> Some 1999 Delaware quarters have a rotated die error. Both sides of the coin point the same direction. Normal quarters have the back upside-down with regards to the front; make sure you compare any suspected error coin to others in your pocket change.
> Some 2004 Iowa quarters have an extra leaf on one corn stalk. There is still no final resolution as to the cause of this error.
None. Four quarters is a dimensionless number whereas an hour is a measure of time. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed.
There will not be second runs of any of the state quarters.

I recently was shopping and received a Hawaii State Quarter that has a flaw on the back. It is an indent in the back and goes through the words of the Hawii saying on it.

The 2008 State Quarters are for Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii.
Generally any US quarters made before 1965 are collectible because of their silver content. Any proof(S mintmark) and uncirculated quarters are also collectible.
