Apatosaurus was a sauropod. Like all sauropods, it was an herbivore. Iguanodon was also an herbivore.
Herbivorous dinosaurs were dinosaurs that ate plants. Examples include Apatosaurus, Triceratops, and Iguanodon. Most dinosaurs, in fact, were herbivores.

Iguanodon were herbivores, so they did not have prey. They would have eaten contemporary plants, such as conifers and ferns. Iguanodon, however, could have been prey to large theropods such as Neovenator.
Most types of dinosaurs actually did eat plants. Just a few of these include Stegosaurus, Iguanodon, Apatosaurus (Brontosaurus), and Triceratops.
Apatosaurus was a type of sauropod. Like all sauropods, they were long necked, four legged herbivores. They would have eaten the leaves of coniferous trees.
Apatosaurus ate plants and had a long nack to reach the leaves up high in the trees.Apatosaurus's are herbivores (only eat plants).Hope this helps!
Apatosaurus was a sauropod. All sauropods were herbivores, eating plants, not meat.
Apatosaurus were herbivores, and young Apatosaurus were definitely prey animals. Adults were 75 feet long and weighed between 18 and 25 tons, making them too large for most predators. It is unknown whether anything hunted them, but if adults had predators the only ones would be Allosaurus.
There are four accepted species of Apatosaurus. They are Apatosaurus ajax, Apatosaurus excelsus, Apatosaurus louisae, and Apatosaurus parvus.
Iguanodon were herbivores, or plant eaters. They lived in the relatively dry forests of Europe's many islands during the Early Cretaceous. The primary plant there were conifers, and others included ferns, cycads, horsetails, ginkgos, and the earliest angiosperms, which were just beginning to evolve.
There were far too many plant eating dinosaurs to list, however, here are just a few of the most famous ones: Stegosaurus Apatosaurus (Brontosaurus) Diplodocus Brachiosaurus Iguanodon Edmontosaurus Lambeosaurus Parasaurolophus Triceratops Protoceratops Remember - this is just to name a few!
