As far as we know from the three books that have been released Brom and Morzan were not brothers. Oromis tells Eragon that Brom met Morzan while Brom was training to become a rider. However, this doesn't mean that they definitely are not brothers as they could have been separated at birth. I do not believe that they are because Paolini has given no subtle indications of that type of relationship, and there is usually gratuitous amounts of foreshadowing in his writing.
Actually, they are brothers by marriage because Selena had Murtagh with Morzan and Eragon with Brom so technically they are brothers by marriage

No, Brom and Morzan were not brothers. Morzan was a Dragon Rider and a traitor who aligned himself with the evil king Galbatorix, while Brom was a good Dragon Rider and one of the protagonists in the "Inheritance Cycle" series by Christopher Paolini. They did have a complicated history and were closely connected through their roles as Dragon Riders.

Eragon is Brom's son. Eragon and Murtagh are brothers through their mother Selena. Morzan is Murtagh's father, but Brom is Eragons so that makes Murtagh Eragon's half brother. Morzan was a dragon rider which granted long life. Apparently, his father on son, ( whichever is which), was granted the same. Morzan was killed around 20 years ago in the race to get Saphira's egg. Not 100 years ago. Murtagh was around 3/4 then and Eragon had just been born...
