There is a 1/8400 something chance of finding a shiny so you have to rely mostly on luck.
You could get a shiny Pokemon for crystal but you need luck to catch one ("_")
To get a shiny Dratini in Pokemon Crystal you need to find one in the wild or hatch one. This is extremely rare though with a 1 in 8192 chance of the wild or hatched Dratini being a shiny. There is no way in Pokemon Crystal to improve these odds.
You can't evolve Togetic in Pokemon Crystal as Shiny stones did not exist in Crystal. Togekiss was also introduced in Gen4. Crystal is Gen 2?
Yes, but like on gold/silver/crystal versions you have to find them randonmly. there are no gift shiny Pokemon like the red gyarados
By "Crystal" I suppose you're meaning a Shiny Pokémon. Shiny Pokémon are extremely rare. Every time you encounter a wild Pokémon, you have a slim chance of finding a shiny one. It is around 0.01% chance of finding one.
it is Almost imposible to get shiny Pokemon without cheating. When you walk in grass patch or a place where you can find Pokemon you have like a 1 out of 1,000,000,000 chance to find a shiny Pokemon. I think also, in Pokemon gold, silver, and crystal you catch a gyarados that has been turned red by team rocket.
You can find shiny Pokemon randomly through out the game.
shiny Pokemon are randomly found anywhere from generation 2 (gold/silver/crystal) and up instead of a wild Pokemon ie any time you see a wild Pokemon theres an insignificantly small chance that it will be shiny. short answer: anytime anyplace anywhere
You can get shiny Pokemon everywhere.
You give the red scale from the shiny gyarados to mr Pokemon
You just have to keep finding pokemon and eventually you will find a shiny. The chance of encountering a shiny pokemon is very low, but eventually you will find an shiny pokemon.
you can only find a shiny like 1 out of 1356.73
