On route 14, if you go to valor lakefront, then travel upwards to route 14, and you go over to the right, by the trees, there's an indent in the trees. If the indent isn't open, you can't get giratina. If I remember correctly, you have to beat the pokemon league first. (like, complete the main story mode game). Hope you understand what I mean xD
