she lives in a house, on a road... in a town, in a state... somewhere in the world
Mollies are live-bearers, which mean the majority reproduce by giving birth to live babies.
NO!
Yes they are.
NO!
I would say a bubble nest yet mollies are live berriers are they real mollies then?
Not normally.
Mollies actually give birth to live young, they are one of the few tropical fish species who do this.
Not live ones!
A 20-gallon tank can comfortably house around 5 to 7 mollies.
Some mollies die after giving birth due to the stress of it, but it is usually rare. most mollies survive.
I don't recommend it. Mollies can get larger than a Betta (Siamese Fighting Fish) and be far more bullish than a Betta. A Betta could easily get beaten up by Mollies! Mollies need a minimum of 20 US gallons anyway.
Dalmatian mollies, a popular aquarium fish variant, do not exist in the wild as a distinct breed; they are selectively bred for their unique coloration and patterns. The wild ancestors of mollies, including the black molly (Poecilia sphenops), can be found in freshwater and brackish environments in parts of Central and South America. In their natural habitats, these fish inhabit rivers, lakes, and coastal areas. Therefore, while mollies do live in the wild, Dalmatian mollies specifically do not.
