There is a demon door in the acropolis that asks you to give it all your silver keys. if you do so, the door will open, and inside is a chest containing the bereaver. however, It is not necessarily worth it, as the bereaver is not the most powerful weapon in the game. The most powerful is the Solus Greatsword, which is for sale for 83 000 gold in the Bowerstone North store. It may be expensive, but it's worth it.
