you can find a bull at MacFarlane's ranch, the bull has a white face and tries to knock you over when agitated.

Interesting fact: One of Bonnie MacFarlane's brothers was killed trying to milk a bull.

you can basically find the jakalope anywhere... i find that if you stand idle or if your JUST ABOUT to aim (without dead eye) he will just randomly run by.... very easy to spot... just look for antlers booking it past you, seeing as the encounters are never distanced and include no chase

You can find him if you win 300 rounds of Black Jack and complete the Undead DLC. Then go to the town you start at and then ride your horse along the nearest traintracks and go until you cant go any further. You will then see Sasquatch sitting by a fire

Wolves are everywhere in RDR, but the best place to get them is in Punta Orgullo and Perdido. If you can get up on a rock where they're attacking and can't get to you, you can keep killing them, leaving, and then returning so they keep attacking repeatedly.
