Meteorite Cave is found past Fallarbor Town. Head West then South on Route 118 I think it is and eventually you'll hit some mountains. The entrance to the cave should be nearby. You will encounter Team Magma in the Cave, but they'll flee without a battle. Then make your way to Mt. Chimney to take Team Magma on.
