From there you must follow him to Cinawood City,where you will find him north in the city.Tehn you should find him in Route 42 at the entrance of Mt.Mortar (there are three). Track him from there to Vermillion in the Kanto region...he should be on the boat docks. The last place you find him in in Route 14.After that you battle him on route 25 ,where you first saw Misty.
