On a Clone Trooper, it's on his helmet.
On the 1990 vehicle, it's located underneath the wheel well.
were is up shift relay on isuzu trooper automatic tramission & what does it do
On my 88 Trooper the relay is located on the passenger side wheel well. It is hidden under a metal bracket that is held by 10mm bolts. High and low beam relays are there.
According to the wiring diagram, there is no inertia switch. There is only a relay switch in a 1991 Isuzu Trooper.

The glow plug relay on a 1990 Isuzu Trooper is typically located in the engine compartment, near the battery or on the driver's side fender wall. It may be housed in a small plastic box or mounted directly to the fender. For precise location, consult the vehicle's service manual or look for a wiring diagram specific to that model.
In the 1999 Trooper the relay is sbove the inside fuses. It is above the fuse door, so that the whole panel by bottom of the driver door must be pulled. Don't know if that helps for 1990. Note: My fuse, relay and motor are good, but no power to motor. added 1/22/2008 The blower motor resistor is located on the housing located on the firewall. This housing is were the blower motor is.
You have to replace a relay switch for the wipers this sholud be found under the hood in the engine compartment fuse box.
The relay may be bad. Replace it and if that doesn' fix it, the wire comming from the horn button is grounded somewhere.
It is possible that there is a problem with moisture causing a short circuit if all the dash lights come on. It could also be a faulty relay or alternator.
