The commisioner in dqm is in infern island, heres how to get there. First you go to the place directely in front of the jetty near the 3 houses, there should be a stone door there. Go inside and back out follow the path upwards to a spooky entrance to a cave made of lava and molten.You will have to face an atlas ( a rank a monster similar to a gigantis) before you go out the final exit. You then have to fight a mohawker and a buffalorge before fighting him, don't worry if your monsters hp is low it regenarates before you fight him. You will have to fight him as Dr Snapped as well as a demon at arms and a tortured soul, take my advice and try to defeat the demon at arms first. If you want to go to the first entrance to the cave immediately, speak to the boy with the blue hair near the infern jetty he will ask if you want to go, so just say yes. I hoped this helped you.
