For all classes, meals taken in the respective Dining Saloons were included in ticket fare. Only first class had the option to dine elsewhere, for a fee. These options included the Cafe Parisien on B deck, and the a la Carte restaurant aft on A deck. Both are said to have been fairly pricy.

When meals are included in the room rate, it is typically referred to as "full board" or "all-inclusive" depending on the level of meals and services provided.
All cruise tickets include meals and most include snacks as well. You usually need to eat at certain times with the cheap tickets but can eat when you want with the more expensive tickets. Very few US based cruises make you buy any meals.
