ideally the axis powers were going to conquer all of western europe. After the Nazis defeated France, they wer going to divide it up amongst the Axis powers. If they would have succeeded in the Battle of Britain in 1944, they would have most likely done the same thing they were going to do in France. They also had a plan to invade the United States, but they abandoned the plan after D-Day
