No.If you go to a book store that sells the halo book series find the "The Fall of Reach" and look in the back. There will be extra pages with ONI files and it says that Halsey and her SPARTAN-III Guard (Jun) escaped Reach but her SPARTAN-III Guard was killed by the Covenant and Halsey was taked hostage by the Covenant. ONI dosn't know if she is still alive.
